Natalie Wong is a full time yoga teacher based the Pacific Northwest. Her classes are designed to reestablish & strengthen the relationship between her students & their whole selves- body, heart, & mind. She teaches a fun, fluid flow that emphasizes both effort & ease to support students as they discover the balance between strength & softness within themselves. She was first introduced to yoga at the age of fifteen while she was in treatment for anorexia & was immediately captivated by yoga’s ability to offer reprieve from the endless stream of toxic thoughts & negative self talk that came hand in hand with her eating disorder. Today her approach to the practice still centers around cultivating body peace & healing through moving meditation, which served as the gateway to her own healing.
