Anna Caldwell
Yoga Teacher | Sound Healer | Adventure Guide
Anna is a yoga and sound healing teacher rooted in the transformative power of movement, breath, and vibration. Based in Mallorca, she blends over 1,000 hours of training across multiple disciplines—including Vinyasa, Yin, Kundalini, sound therapy, sacred space facilitation, and meditation coaching. Her offerings reflect a deep commitment to both the science and spirit of embodied practice.
Anna is particularly passionate about the intersection of yoga and neuroscience. As a Yin Yoga teacher trainer for several years, she has led courses internationally that explore the relationship between neuroplasticity, the brain, and the meditative qualities of Yin-style practice. Her teaching is enriched by a grounding in Naad Yoga and breathwork, often incorporating subtle sound healing through instruments like singing bowls and chimes to create an immersive sensory experience.
Before fully dedicating herself to teaching, Anna spent nearly a decade as an international guide for Backroads—a world-renowned active travel company—leading cycling, hiking, and yoga adventures across Argentina, Bali, Costa Rica, Spain, France, Italy, Hawaii, and England. Her love of travel and connection also led her to solo backpacking and bikepacking adventures through Nepal, India, and South America, deepening her relationship to traditional spiritual practices and remote landscapes.
Anna’s retreats are an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and expand. She creates spaces that are both grounded and elevated—where movement, breath, sound, and stillness weave together in meaningful ways. Her work is influenced by nature, travel, ritual, and the history of a place, and she’s most at home guiding others through experiences that awaken vitality, inner listening, and a sense of the sacred.
