WHAT IS THE FARM TO TABLE WELLNESS FESTIVAL?
Inspired by the European concept of Agri-Turismo, this immersive festival merges epicurean and wellness lifestyles on a beautiful farm in Eastern, WA.
WHAT IS AGRI-TURISMO?
The word Agriturismo is a combination of the Italian words agricoltura (agriculture) and turismo (tourism). An Agriturismo is effectively a farm designed to also receive guests, whether for food and wine, holiday accommodation, or other activities.
WHERE IS THE LOCATION?
The festival takes place at Monteillet Fromagerie, www.monteilletcheese.com, the first farmstead artisanal cheese facility in the Walla Walla Valley of Southeastern Washington. The 32-acre farm and fromagerie, owned by Joan and Pierre-Louis Monteillet, is the perfect setting to enjoy the delights and simple pleasures of living on a farm.
HOW LONG DOES THE FESTIVAL LAST?
We get started around 1PM on Saturday, June 22nd and expect to wrap things up around 5PM on Sunday, June 23rd.
WHAT IS BEING PLANNED?
Farm raised foods enjoyed in a beautiful outdoors setting in the field, nature immersion, live music, farm tours, and several hands-on workshops and yoga classes. Our intention is to foster community while providing a unique experience for our guests, allowing them to feel the energy of “living on a farm”, relax in a natural setting and enjoy amazing food and wine prepared by PNW chefs.

Festival meals are best suited for flexible, adventurous eaters. Dinner and brunch are served family-style and everyone eats at the same table. While accommodating certain dietary restrictions is possible, unfortunately we cannot accommodate strict restrictions such as vegan diets, medical diets, or severe food allergies. We honor omnivore and vegetarian choices for which you can make a selection in the appropriate field when purchasing tickets on our registration form.
WILL I BE ABLE TO SEE THE MENU BEFORE ARRIVAL?
We ask our guest chefs to design the menu leading up to the event based on what we grow and seasonal influences (see sign up deadline) . We want the dinner and brunch to be artistic and spontaneous. All guests will receive a menu at the table when they arrive.
IS THERE A SIGN UP DEADLINE?
The beauty of the epicurean part of the festival is that we will collaborate with the chefs and farm owners Pierre-Louis and Joan to grow the majority of the animals and produce on the farm itself, providing the freshest and healthiest food options (think for example, but not limited to chickens, eggs, vegetable gardens, lamb, cheese). In order to execute this ambitious plan, we will cut off reservations on June 1st.
